At the beginning of 2017, Kaman Corporation launched a new wellness program design with a new wellness plan carrier. It was critical to communicate this change to all employees participating in the health plan (and therefore eligible for the wellness program) because contacts, websites, and requirements were changing. In addition to updating materials on the company intranet and benefits portal, our team decided to send a Fit for Life wellness packet to employees’ homes so that employees and their spouses were exposed to the information that we wished to communicate.
