Managed internal communications strategy at the Datto corporate level. Responsible for communications strategy associated with mergers and acquisitions, high visibility programs, and product launches. Worked with departments across the business to understand key internal audiences and create tailored messages to effectively reach all stakeholders. Leveraged analytics and benchmarking to assess trends in overall engagement and adoption, and understand how communications resonate with target audiences.

Achieved 100% employee adoption of new intranet platform within 90 days of launch. Sustained 92% monthly employee adoption; 35,000 monthly content views; 245 monthly pieces of content published; 470 monthly content engagements; and nearly 6,700 monthly searches on average in the 26 months following launch. Managed a cross-departmental team of 300 content contributors and microsite managers. Presented success metrics and guidance at several industry conferences.
